    Hector Zuniga has been working for Mortgage Capital Partners for 16 years as a loan officer and is the Senior Vice President of the company

4. What is the most important thing you gained from this experience? Why?

    The most important I gained from this experience was how and what a loan officer is an actually does. I had no idea that there was even such a thing before I did this mentorship and once I did I got to have a better understanding of how it works and what you have to do in order to succeed in the business.

5. What is your senior project topic going to be?  How did mentorship help you make your decision?  Please explain.

    My senior project topic is going to be about Loan Officers. My mentorship helped me make this decision because it helped me understand everything about being a Loan Officer and I became really fascinated about how it works and the process of working as a Loan Officer and want to get more experience in this field of business.
